FEBRURARY Defined:


It means 

to be washed clean 

and is the second 

month of the year.

It has 28 days 

unless it is a leap year

then it has 29.

APRIL Defined

The name April is derived from the latin word aperit, which means to open. April is considered the month of the growing season and when trees and flowers begin to “open”. 

April is the first of four months to have a length of 30 days.

October Defined

The tenth month, October shares its root with octopus and octagon—the Latin octo and Greek okto, meaning “eight.”  The original Roman calendar had only ten months, and October was the eighth month.  It has 31 days.
